Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for either (1) goods damaged in transit, (2) incorrect goods received or (3) other fault/s, you may do so via the following procedure:
Lodge a request for credit or exchange by contacting the BariNutrics™ Customer Support team within 48 hours of receipt of receiving your goods.
Please be ready to provide us with the following details:
- Your name and order invoice number.
- Brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
Incorrect or damaged/faulty items will need to be returned to us before a refund is provided. Our customer care team will provide instructions on how to return the item to BariNutrics™ free of charge.
As soon as the returned item is received by BariNutrics™ a new product will be sent in its place (if requested) or your credit card will be refunded which may take approximately 3 – 5 days to be processed depending on your bank and method of payment.
If the entire order is being returned as per the above criteria, shipping costs for that order will also be refunded.
It is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be accepted back for re-supply or credit, if the goods are unopened & in their original condition
Returns are only valid for incorrect items, damaged goods and out of date products. BariNutrics™ do not offer refunds of exchanges for change of mind, issues with taste or perceived lack of results.
