At this time, BariNutrics™ are experiencing a high volume of orders which may impact delivery time frames. We ask that you allow up to 3 days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse during the current peak periods.

Shipping Information

BariNutrics™ ships parcels Australia-wide from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends).

We provide the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping 7 – 10 business days $7.95
  • Express Shipping 1 - 2 business days $13.95
  • FREE express shipping is automatically applied for orders over the value of $200.

All orders placed prior to 1pm (BNE time) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (BNE time) will be dispatched the following day.

You will receive an initial confirmation email when you order has been received. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled you will then be sent a second email containing a link to track and trace your parcel.

All express shipping parcels require an authority to leave (prompted during checkout) or the parcel will be taken to your local drop off point or back to the depot, whereby you will be contacted to arrange an alternative shipping time. Should you provide authority to leave BariNutrics™ shall hold no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries should these unfortunate circumstances occur.

All standard shipping parcels are delivered by Australia Post. In the event that no one is available to sign for the parcel and they are not able to make content, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where it can be collected during normal business hours.

Due to Australia Post freight limitations all parcels sent to a P.O. Box address will be sent via standard shipping. If you would like the parcel as quickly as possible, we recommend providing a physical street address.

Orders will be packaged in boxes marked Metagenics and contain a Metagenics packing slip. They may likely contain the environmentally-friendly, biodegradable void fill, EnviroFill, if it is required to protect the goods against damage during transit.

Should you have any enquires regarding the location of your parcel please review the tracking email which notifies you that your shipment is on its way. In some cases tracking details may not be available until after 5pm.  If you are concerned your parcel has gone missing, please submit a freight enquiry to the BariNutrics™ Customer Support team via the Contact Form.
